Student Voice -Vietnam

I was introduced to this school by my Japanese teacher who took care of me in Vietnam. I chose this school because I heard that I could get a job at Daiki Engineering, a group company of Daiki Japanese Language School Tokyo.

I like Kanji classes. When I don’t understand something, I teach each other with my classmates.
There are many foreign students from various countries at the Daiki Japanese Language School Tokyo. In my class, there are Nepalese, Sri Lankan, and Burmese students. It is a good experience to study with students from other countries and make friends with them.
At barbecues and sports events, we interact with Japanese employees of Daiki Engineering. This is also a valuable experience. It is difficult to make Japanese friends even when you live in Japan. If I had not enrolled in Daiki Japanese Language School Tokyo, the only opportunity I would have had to talk to Japanese people would have been at my part-time job.

The cost of living is so high that it’s hard to make a living. However, there are many vending machines and convenience stores, so you don’t have to worry about shopping.

I sort mails and packages at Sagawa Express Co., Ltd.( parcel delivery service company ) It’s a 3-minute train ride from the school to the office. The hourly wage is 1,200 yen. I work three days a week, nine hours a day. I work from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m., so I am very tired.

I want to work at Daiki Engineering.
